A great resource
Half a year ago David Vine’s new book, The United States of War: A Global History of America’s Endless Conflicts, from Columbus to the Islamic State was launched. The book was a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize in History. Reviewers have called the book “revelatory”, “brilliantly document[ed]”, and “a sweeping indictment…. definitive.”
